Good Morning
2nd week in and guess what peeps I have lost another 3 pounds which means I’ve lost 8 1/2 pounds in 2 weeks and I’ve lost my first half a stone yay.
I have learned a valuable lesson this week though and that’s you have to plan for the week ahead and make sure you have snacks at the ready because I didn’t and it really made me angry, not joking because I was watching my family getting a packet of crisps or a chunk of cheese and I had nothing and I didn’t realise how much it can turn you into a monster lol.
That’s it for this week come on that first stone
